INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE U.S.)
For RUGS and PILLOW orders to customers with international addresses:
WE no longer ship RUGS or PILLOWS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S., unless first, we receive from you (1) an e-mail in which you state that you have "read and understood your shop's International Orders policy for Rugs and Pillows", and (2) your FedEx, UPS, or other major carrier account name, number, and address to ensure that bills your account for the standard shipping costs, Duties, Customs, or Taxes (e.g., Harmonized Sales Tax) for you.
Depending on your country's customs laws, you may or may not owe a duty, customs charge, and/or taxes on your purchase. We do not take responsibility for any duties, customs, and/or taxes applied by your country to orders that you make on www.shopkatespain.com. Before finalizing your order with us, please contact your country's Customs Department. Your country's duties and/or taxes on your purchase are your responsibility. Thank you.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Under no circumstances will our shop pay for your international duties, customs, or taxes.

If your order is correct, but you are not satisfied …
We accept APPROVED RETURNS for all items EXCEPT for rugs or pillows. Please see “Rug or Pillow Returns” below.**
APPROVED RETURNS → simple!
Email us within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. In your e-mail, please indicate:
1. Your Full Name
2. Telephone #
3. Several good times to reach you
4. The reason(s) for the return
5. The date on which you would be best able to return the item (so we can be sure to date the return label properly)
Upon reviewing this information, we will then e-mail you a return shipping label.
Limits: We cannot approve returns 30 calendar days after the item is received at your address.
Also, we cannot approve returns more than once every 90 calendar days per customer.
** Rug or Pillow Returns – Please read carefully
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a rug or pillow on the shopkatespain.com site,
Email us within TEN CALENDAR DAYS of receiving your rug or pillow.
We will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the proper return address.
You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for non-defective returns.
The returned good(s) must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent and RMA# must be on the outside of the package and postage/freight pre-paid by you. We will not accept COD returns.
COST TO YOU for returning a non-defective rug or pillow: 15% restocking fee and the cost of return postage/freight.
If the item was defective and/or was not what you ordered, we will resolve this with you ASAP.
Limits: Sorry, we cannot approve returns of any RUG or PILLOW more than 10 calendar days after the item is received at your address.
Also, we cannot approve returns of item(s) more than once every 90 calendar days per customer.
