TShirt Sizing Guide

Pro tip for tshirt fit (all styles): Measure a tshirt you have that fits well and compare to size chart below. The measurements shown in the charts are provided by our supplier. Product measurements may vary by up to 2” (5 cm). Based on feedback, some styles have specific sizing issues so please be sure to read below. Keep in mind, there will be very little (if any) shrinkage after washing for all of the shirts we offer.

Short Sleeve Crewneck Tshirts

Colors + Fabrics

  • Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

  • Ash (pale grey) color is 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester; Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester; Athletic and Black Heather are 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester; Heather Prism colors are 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester

  • Pre-shrunk mid-weight fabric: 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²)

  • Side-seamed construction, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, tear-away label

Sizing Measurements (Unisex)

  • Short sleeve crewneck style tshirts are available in sizes up to 4XL

  • Product measurements may vary by up to 2” (5 cm). If your measurements fall within the outer 2” of the size chart, or if you prefer a roomier fit, you may wish to size up. Keep in mind, there will be very little (if any) shrinkage after washing.

 

A. Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (highest point on shoulder). Pull the tape and measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B. Chest

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the tape measure horizontal.

VNeck TShirts

Colors + Fabrics

  • Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton

  • Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester; Athletic Heather is 90% cotton, 10% polyester

  • Pre-shrunk mid-weight fabric: 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²)

  • Side-seamed construction, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, tear-away label

Garment-dyed Tank Tops

Colors + Fabrics

  • All colors are 100% ring-spun cotton and garment-dyed with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact, long-lasting dyes

  • Pre-shrunk medium-weight fabric: 6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²)

  • Relaxed fit, no side seams, self-fabric binding, sewn-in cotton twill label

Unisex Sizing Measurements

  • Tank tops are available in sizes S-3XL

  • The measurements shown in the charts are of the actual product and are provided by our supplier. Product measurements may vary by up to 1” (2.54 cm). We have found that the fit for this style runs very large. If you order your true size, this will have a very roomy fit around the arm holes/waist. If you prefer a slightly snug fit with more coverage under the arms, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your true size. We did not find any shrinkage after washing with warm water and tumbling dry on medium heat.

 

A. Length

Place the end of a measuring tape at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom hem of the item.

B. Width

Place the end of the tape at the widest part of the bottom of the armhole. Pull tape measure across the product to the seam on the opposite side.

Long Sleeve TShirts

C. Sleeve length

Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Raglan 3/4 Sleeve TShirt

Colors + Fabrics

  • Tultex Brand. Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton, fine knit jersey with unhemmed bottom

  • Heather Grey color is 90% cotton, 10% polyester; Heather Denim color is 50% cotton, 50% polyester

  • Mid-weight fabric: 4.5 oz/yd² (152.6 g/m²)

  • Pre-washed to minimize shrinkage

  • No side seam

  • Tear-away label

Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull tape measure across the product to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

100% cotton Raglan Jersey

Casual fit with no side seams and unhemmed bottom with serged edge that will curl when worn.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Based on feedback we’ve received, all our tshirts run true to size with the exception of the tank tops (they seem to run a bit larger). All styles are pre-shrunk so there will be minimal shrinkage, if any, after washing. Our best advice is to measure a tshirt you have that fits well and then compare to the sizing charts above for the style you are interested in.

  • Yes, this is completely normal. The DTG digital printing process requires a fabric finish to ensure the water-based inks adhere to the fabric surface (otherwise they would flake off). We recommend washing before wearing following instructions above. It should only take one wash cycle to eliminate the odor.

  • Our printer uses the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology with high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly. We recommend the following care steps to best extend the life of your sweatshirt:

    • Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
    • Tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-drying works best.
    • Iron inside-out using a cool iron. Do not iron the print.

    Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Use a measuring tape in the photo if that will help to convey the issue (ie: if the print is off-center).   • On average, it takes 7-10 business days for the t-shirts to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information once your shirt ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.
