Shipping
Free ground shipping on all rugs to addresses in the lower 48 United States. Rugs typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Rugs ship to U.S. addresses only. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us before you order, and we'll confirm shipping costs and options for your address. Delivery there takes a bit longer.
Return policy
We want you to love your rug. If it's not the right fit, you may return it, unused and in its original condition, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Contact us to request a return. Please wait for our approval before shipping.
- Roll and wrap the rug in its original packaging (or similar), fully enclosed and sealed with packing tape.
- Ship via UPS or FedEx Ground to our studio. We'll provide the address upon approval.
- Email us the tracking number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your rug, you may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Arrived damaged?
Shipping damage is rare, but if your rug arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the rug and its packaging. Please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out, since the carrier may need to inspect it. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund: no restocking fee, and no return shipping cost to you.
