Based on feedback we’ve received, YES! All our tshirts are pre-shrunk so there will be minimal shrinkage, if any, after washing. Our best advice is to measure a tshirt you have that fits well and then compare to the sizing charts for the style you are interested in. If your measurements fall within the outer 2” of the size range, we recommend sizing up.

Yes, this is completely normal. The DTG digital printing process requires a fabric finish to ensure the water-based inks adhere to the fabric surface (otherwise they would flake off). We recommend washing before wearing following instructions above. It should only take one wash cycle to eliminate the odor.

Our printer uses the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology with high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly. We recommend the following care steps to best extend the life of your sweatshirt:
• Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
• Tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-drying works best.
• Iron inside-out using a cool iron. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Please send a few photos to info@katespain.com showing the problem as clearly as possible. Use a measuring tape in the photo if that will help to convey the issue (ie: if the print is off-center). Include a brief description in your note and either Pete or I will get back to you quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as much as possible. Your happiness and positive experience is so important to us!

On average, it takes 7-10 business days for the t-shirts to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information once your shirt ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.
